![]() Skye, the team's elven mage, had just popped open the ampoule case that their Johnson had given him, and injected himself with an anti-HMVV vaccine. Not only was she studying the craft, she was also pretty certain that the pilot was running cargo. Monkey, an elven smuggler and member of the Crow tribe, was busy rapping on the walls and peering around the Banshee. He had used Kamikaze in the arcology when things got tough, and it was still burning out of his system. And not all of them would be leaving the Banshee.ĭarkstar, an ex-Lone Star IA specialist and the team's hacker, sat and watched his hands shake. The others, too tired and battered to protest, shrugged and got on the Banshee. But of the five who went on the run, one had broken off to follow a strange technomancer on his own journey. The Hand Invisible (For this was the name of the team), had agreed. Of course, one of the stipulations he'd had, was that the team stay out of the country for at least half a year. It hadn't been easy, but their Johnson had arranged a fair amount of support, and they'd taken advantage of every bit of it. The team had recently completed a hellish run in the former Renraku Arcology, evacuating its Ghoul residents before the UCAS military could sterilize the area. We'd started in Arc 1, with "The World is Light", and this was the sequel "The Sorrow of the Elves." Time to call up your spirits, boot up your programs, and set your PAN to skinlink.Īnd this was Arc 2. Time to strap on katana and trenchcoat, and set cyber-eyes to polarize. I'd even named most of my Run ideas after some of my favorite things, cheesy 80's songs. We'd finished the story arc in the Earthdawn game, and the GM was ready for a break.
